I think some Muslims forget that in Islam, you’re suppose to conceal your good deeds just as you would conceal your bad deeds.
i.e. “Gonna go read some Qur’an and memorize a couple pages!”, “Sleeping early tonight, praying salatul-qiyam!”, “Prayed all my sunnah prayers today, yay!”.
